Anuga 2019 Will Feature Start-Up Pavilions, Focus On Food’s Future

COLOGNE, Germany — Germany’s Anuga, the world’s leading trade show for the retail, foodservice and catering markets, will open at the historic Fairgrounds here on Oct. 5 and run through Oct. 9. This year marks the 100th anniversary of the event, which began in Stuttgart a century ago and has been held in Cologne since 1951.
